The official trailer for Season 3 of Max’s HACKS has been released, and it promises even greater achievements for all involved. Deborah, played by Jean Smart, complains that she was perfectly content being a “gorgeous Vegas comic” until Ava, played by Hannah Einbinder, came along and made her want more for herself. “So you’re mad at me for pushing you to be better?” Ava asks. To which Deborah emphatically replies, “Yes!” The hilarious back-and-forth generational dance continues, starting on May 2, only on Crave, which is where the first two seasons are available in their entirety now.

Joey King, who earned an EMMY® Award nomination for playing Gypsy Rose Blanchard in the eight-part limited series THE ACT (available on STARZ), has communicated with the real Gypsy Rose Blanchard recently, although they were not in touch while the show was being filmed. As King explained in a podcast interview, “since (Blanchard) has been released, she reached out, and we had a quick little exchange, which was really nice.” Blanchard, who was a victim of Munchausen by proxy syndrome, was released from prison last December after serving eight years for her role in the murder of her mother.
